招聘：英語/德語/法語客服專員
 
崗位職能: 
1、利用在線客服軟件、郵件、即時通訊、電話等工具快速、準确的解答客戶問題; 
2、确認客戶付款事宜，以及跟蹤訂單進展狀況，确保訂單的按時完成; 
3、記錄并及時向主管及相關部門反饋客戶問題. 

職位要求: 
1.本科學曆，英語/德語/法語專業4級以上; 
2.英語/德語/法語聽說讀寫熟練; 
3.熟悉計算機基本操作，打字速度快; 
4.具有較強的協調、應急能力; 
5.能适應倒班(上班時間:白班07:00-15:00或15:00-23:00 晚班23:00-7:00); 
6.服務意識強，有良好的團隊合作精神，能承受較強的工作壓力. 
7.熟悉網絡遊戲或有客服經驗者優先考慮.
